A correspondent writes, that Mrs. Nelville Rolfe' accompained by the Hon'ble Mr. P.T, Allen paid a visit to the Kwong Wai Siew
Free Hospital on the morning of Monday the 24h instant, where, on their arrival, they were conducted around the varices Wards by Dr. Ho Siu Kan and also the Hospital'e Management Committee, Messrs. Yaw Ngan Pan, Ng Sing Phang, Boey Kok Usong and others. Mr. Rolfe during her discourse with the President and Vice Pre- sident of this Hospital suggested that efforts should be made to hold Lectures with a view to disseminating full knowledge amongst men and women and she hopes that they would render similar help in this campaign against the spread of venereal diseases. After a group photograph had been taken, Mrs. Rolfe, who was very mach impressed as to the Hospital Committees Capable management, left the building with the thanks of the President and Vice Pre- eident.
